Results at the Right Time (Success Story of Marlene Koekemoer)

I enrolled in the training program offered by Hennie about four years ago when I realised that I needed a trainer that has the knowledge and experience to help me reach my physical fitness, health, and body development goals. Although I already trained before joining his program and with success, I wanted assistance in the preparation for competitions.

In our line of sport it is extremely important to get results and Hennie has proven that perfect timing can make a difference. In fact, his timing is 100%. He provides you with eating plan that is easy to follow. The correct diet plan when competing is imperative as it can mean the difference between winning and losing. As such I trust in his expertise as the results of following his training and eating plans have shown that the program not only works well, but is results driven. I always get results at the right time.

His training program is not impossible and as such I don’t find it difficult to follow or stay motivated. I spend around 45 minutes in daily training with Hennie and every minute counts towards the reaching of my sport goals. He is not only an inspiration, but also has expertise to help you reach your goals. He is straight forward and realistic in his expectations of what you can do.

We have been training together for a long time. He is always willing to assist, motivate and demands commitment from your side. I can recommend his training program to anyone who wants to improve their physique and training methods, and who is serious about getting results at the right time.

Eat Smart!

Keeping fit is not just a fad - it's a way of life.

Nutrition also plays a major role in strength training. Your diet and bodybuilding supplements have to be regulated and carefully planned out.

Training Schedule

Throughout my bodybuilding career I would say a big challenge for me was to prove that conditioning rules and not size.

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
