“My transformation story actually begun 4years before I started to train with Hennie, but my story would never have been completed if I didn’t start training with him.

I was a fat girl for as long as I can remember. Not being active and eating too much became a vicious cycle that kept on snow-balling until I decided in 2006 that I have had enough. I was sick of being teased, I was sick of buying clothes in the older women sections and I was sick of the fact that people will most of the time judge a book by its cover and not take the time to get to know you, because that’s just how the world works. Thus, in 2006 I went on the Rami Cohen diet. I weighed 80kg when I started with the diet and after 4 months I weighed 57kg. I went from a size 44 pants to a size 34. It truly was a life changing experience.

I maintained my weight between 57-59kg from 2006-2010, by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercising, but I knew deep down inside my heart that I still haven’t reached my body’s full potential and that I won’t be able to reach this goal on my own. Thus, I started training with Hennie in 2010 and I can now honestly say that it is the best thing that ever happened to me!

In 2006 I may have lost all that excessive weight and had undergone a major transformation, but the way that my body has transformed since being exposed to Hennie’s weight training program and balanced eating program is phenomenal.

After training with Hennie constantly for a year, I decided in 2012 that I want to compete at the IFBB North Gauteng Novice Competition in the Fitness Bikini division. Although I have made major progress with my physique since I started with Hennie, there was a part of me that was scared that I won’t be ready to step on stage 28 April 2012. But Hennie just motivated me the whole time, telling me that he believed in me and that I should just be patient, I will be ready.
Thanks to Hennie, I placed second at the competition.

The fact that I placed second was a huge surprise and a major blessing, but in the end the journey to the stage meant a lot more than the placing. Everything that Hennie taught me along the way and all the hours that he invested in my preparation can not be justified by any trophy.

Your goals may not be the same as mine, but one thing is a fact, when it comes to fitness, nutrition and competition preparation, there is no one else I would rather recommend than Hennie Kotze.”

Throughout my bodybuilding career I would say a big challenge for me was to prove that conditioning rules and not size.

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
