Bodybuilding Program

Bodybuilding Program Benefits For The Athlete

Why join a bodybuilding program? If you simply want to gain some muscle, it will not really make sense to join a bodybuilding program, but if you want to compete at one or other stage, you will waste valuable time by training on your own without any help from a professional in bodybuilding.

Prevent Wrong Exercises

A proper bodybuilding program will provide the correct training for every muscle group and enough versatility to keep you interested and help your body develop correctly. If you train on your own you will still be able to get the same results, but may have to do so through trial and error. It can take you years to get the same results for something that could have been done in twelve weeks.

Prevent Injuries Through A Proper Bodybuilding Program

If you don’t eat right you risk infections and injuries. Does it sound unrealistic? Truth is that you need immune boosters which can be consumed through certain types of food and through bodybuilding supplements. By building the immune system you help your body gain strength and infection resistance.

A Proper Bodybuilding Program Will Help You Stay On Track

Working without goals is simply a waste of time. You need to set goals which a professional trainer will help you with. If you work on your own, it will be difficult to measure success and failure and you may even become over optimistic and set unrealistic goals. It is just as dangerous as setting no goals at all.

A professional bodybuilding program will include nutrition assistance, training plans, goals, measurements, and also motivation elements. People can be self motivated, but when things go rough, they will want support, inspiration and motivation from someone who has been through it all.

You can get all of the above and more through the bodybuilding program offered by Hennie Kotze. Contact Hennie for more information on the bodybuilding program that will help you reach your full potential.

Training Schedule

Throughout my bodybuilding career I would say a big challenge for me was to prove that conditioning rules and not size.

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
