Bodybuilding Tips And Advice From Hennie Kotze

Bodybuilding is not something that an individual can do in their spare time; it is actually a lifestyle that the interested person will need to be dedicated and loyal to. When it comes to bodybuilding, cheating on nutrition, workouts and commitment is merely cheating oneself from achievement and personal growth. There are a number of bodybuilding tips that can be taken into account if you want to ensure that your body grows as you expect it to, without wasting time and energy on intense routines that produce little to no results.

One of the most important bodybuilding tips is to have the right diet. Without the correct diet and nutrition you might lose weight, but you certainly won’t gain healthy, strong muscle. Protein is your friend if you want to be a successful bodybuilder. The more protein you have, the more muscle you can expect to build on. Speeding up your metabolism so that your food consumption doesn’t turn to fat is also a great way to start seeing results. This will involve not overeating and of course have 5 or 6 small meals or snacks throughout the day as opposed to 3 large meals.

Having a good workout routine is absolutely essential once you have your diet or eating plan in place. You will need to provide your body with the opportunity to turn the protein it has consumed to muscle. This is done through exercise. A great tip when it comes to body building is to be prepared to push yourself. Increasing your weights as you go will assist with growing muscle and achieving a great build.

Whether you are interested in bodybuilding as a hobby or as a career, it is certainly something that must be done right. Training Schedule

Throughout my bodybuilding career I would say a big challenge for me was to prove that conditioning rules and not size.

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
