Gym Exercise

With gym exercise you can have a better, healthier life

The worldwide burden on disease is increasing every year and it’s already taking on epidemic proportions. The burden of disease relate to deaths of people that could have been prevented if they ate five portions of fruit and vegetables  a day, participated in regular moderate exercise and not use tobacco products. People can decrease their risk for chronic disease dramatically by simply making one change, for example doing gym exercise three times a week.

It’s never too late to make the decision to live a healthier life

The very reason many people don’t follow a healthy diet and not exercise can be reversed if they do. For example, many people claim that they are too tired and stressed to do exercise, however, by doing regular gym exercise they will increase their energy levels and beat stress.

Training Schedule

I train 5 to 6 days per week. I prefer to train 1 muscle group per day and I totally exhaust that group with 4 - 5 exercises.
